OMFG! I MAY NEVER SLEEP AGAIN!Instructional video shows you how to make “black magic” — crude freebase caffeine. The ingredients are ground coffee and ammonia. It sounds gross and dangerous. ( via)

Currently reading Tourism by Nirpal Singh Dhaliwal. I was pissed off. The waitress, a Slavic blonde with a pockmarked face, had brought me the wrong food. She smiled weakly as I explained my order again - a mozzarella salad and some bread. She narrowed her brow; she didn’t understand. I waved her away.

ISH
“That’s our tragedy : nobody, except destructive exploiters like Sick Boy, or bland opportunists like Carolyn, has any real passion. Everybody else is just so beaten down by the crap around them. If the word in the eighties was ‘me’, and in the nineties ‘it’, in the millennium it’s ‘ish’. Everything has to be vague and qualified. Substance...

Lost In the Eighties
This one goes out to the lovely Procrastinatrix who is looking for some new music.
The Lost Fingers are a trio from Quebec city who take a bunch of cheesy 80s pop songs and re-shapes them into tantalizing gypsy swing. The lead singer has a terrific voice (not to mention, accent) and the spin they put on to these songs makes them practically edible.
